The park was sold by Patrizia to Starwood.
Oppeano Logistics Park, approximately 15km south of Verona and built between 2019 and 2020, comprises five Grade-A logistics warehouses of over 246,000 sqm, with a good set of international and domestic tenants.
This deal confirms the attractiveness of Grade A Logistics properties located in particularly strategic locations and the significant interest from international investors for this type of product.
