Dils has assisted RealStep SICAF Compartment 1 in the sale to global investment manager PATRIZIA AG of an office building in Milan.
The mainly office use building is located in Via Ripamonti 89 and occupies a total gross area of ca 11,000 sqm. It comprises ten floors, eight of which are above ground and two underground. The building was previously part of a larger real estate complex which also included the headquarters of luxury brand Golden Goose.
Undergoing a profound transformation, of which the new Symbiosis Business District is evidence, the area is close to where the 2026 Olympic Village is due to be constructed, with the regeneration of the Scalo di Porta Romana. The district is thus increasingly attracting attention from both domestic and international investors.
