In a city where demand for rental housing continues to grow and the needs of those looking for living solutions are constantly evolving, interest in the Build to Rent sector is increasing in Milan. This residential model, already widespread across major European markets, is based on homes specifically designed for medium- to long-term rental, with professional management, integrated services and shared spaces.
Within this context, LivinUp stands out as the largest Build to Rent project in Italy, featuring 656 apartments across 11 buildings within SeiMilano, one of the main urban regeneration developments in the western area of Milan, just a short walk from the Bisceglie station on the M1 metro line. The district covers an area of over 300,000 square metres and includes residential buildings, offices, retail spaces and a 16-hectare urban park.
The project is designed for singles, couples and families, offering a residential model that combines homes with amenities and services tailored to everyday living, including a two-level gym, yoga areas, fully equipped coworking spaces, a cinema room, lounge areas and multifunctional spaces conceived as an extension of the home. The complex is marketed and managed through a dedicated platform by Dils, an international real estate group, in collaboration with Ryze.
On Saturday, May 16th, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., LivinUp hosted an open day during which visitors had the opportunity to tour the apartments and gain first-hand insight into the Build to Rent model. In addition, a special promotion was launched for lease agreements signed by June 15th, 2026, offering one month of free rent.
