Senior Real Estate Broker - Residential

Main Activities

  • Strategic consulting in defining and proposing investment opportunities for clients
  • Marketing of residential real estate developments and subdivisions
  • Strategic planning of marketing activities for exclusive assignments
  • Support in finding the most suitable real estate solutions for clients' needs and providing technical and contractual support
  • Collaboration with the Marketing team to define commercial levers and communication activities aimed at enhancing the real estate initiatives of the Residential department

Requirements

  • Enabling to the profession of Real Estate Agent
  • Consolidated experience in the residential real estate sector (at least 8 years)
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage relationships
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills, proactivity
