Main Activities


  • Promote and facilitate prestigious residential properties sales

  • Advise and support the landlords

  • Advise and support the applicants proposing the most suitable solutions for individual needs

  • Management of the entire sales negotiations cycle

  • Customer support on legal and contractual requirements

  • Cooperate with the Marketing Department to create and implement marketing plans

  • Real estate valuation and acquisitions

  • Business development

Requirements


  • Real estate agent license

  • Strong experience in the real estate residential business

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Target driven Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent organization and teamwork skills, proactive approach
