Research Analyst

Main Activities

  • Monitoring trends and data of the main asset classes (Office, Logistics, Retail, Living, Hospitality, Alternative)
  • Support for market publications and reports for clients and stakeholders
  • In-depth analysis of multidisciplinary data (e.g.: macroeconomic, socio-demographic, urban planning)
  • Support for internal teams with insights, dashboards and tailored analytical solutions
  • Collaboration with Dils' international Research network on multi-country projects
  • Participation in the development of digital tools and innovative insight tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields
  • Quantitative analysis and data visualization skills
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and presentation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
  • Knowledge of Power BI or business intelligence tools (plus)
  • Knowledge of AI prompting and innovative digital tools (plus)
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is considered a plus
