Real Estate Manager – International Sales Team
Main Activities
- Lead, train, and coach a team of sales agents to drive performance;
- Set performance goals and KPIs; monitor team productivity and efficiency;
- Ensure achievement of business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
- Represent the department and uphold high standards of customer service and brand image;
- Support agents during complex deals with hands-on sales and closing strategies.
- Participate actively in negotiations and deal closures;
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to post-sale follow-up;
- Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of sales agents, offering input on recruitment needs and performance.
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in real estate, with strong knowledge of local and international clientele;
- Proven ability to manage a team of 10+ international sales agents;
- Solid understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes;
- Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus);
- Professional, well-presented, strong communicator and negotiator;
- Results-driven, team-oriented, and financially focused, with a problem-solving mindset;
- Highly organized and flexible with working hours;
- Committed to delivering top-tier customer service, especially with high-demand clients.
