Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Performance Marketing Specialist with experience in managing advertising campaigns and strategic budget planning. The candidate, integrated into the Digital Marketing team at Dils, will be responsible for developing and implementing digital campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and generating leads for the company’s commercial initiatives.

Main Activities

1) Advertising Budget Management:

  • Plan, allocate, and monitor the budget dedicated to residential initiatives, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Ensure that ROI and KPI targets are met through strategic and analytical fund management.

2) Development and Management of Digital Campaigns:

  • Conceptualize, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, etc.) with specific goals of brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Create effective multi-channel strategies, integrating social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize CTR, CPL, and CR through systematic A/B testing on creatives and landing pages.

3) Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct UX analysis, heatmap analysis, and CRO optimization of landing pages.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, providing concrete insights for future optimizations.

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the digital team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and digital partners to maximize the effectiveness of initiatives.

5) Research and Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technological developments in the industry.
  • Propose innovative solutions to improve the quality and performance of campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (at least 4+ years) in managing digital campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and full-funnel performance management
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or equivalents.
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO/SEM) techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
