  • Real estate advisory and brokerage activities for landlords, investors, buyers and tenants
  • Strategic planning of Marketing activities
  • Global support during the negotiation of sale and lease
  • Valuation
  • Renegotiation of lease contracts to increase the value of the real estate portfolio
  • Technical advice on possible upgrading/restructuring of properties

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics
  • Previous experience in the role
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility, teamwork and communication skills, proactive approach
