Architect

We are looking for an Architect to join our Technical Team.

• Interior design of assigned properties
• Development of furnishing hypotheses for the aforementioned properties
• Analysis and optimization of all architectural issues related to the valorisation of the real estate intervention
• Drafting of sales specifications based on knowledge of the materials and brands on the market
• Drafting of sales material and commercial plans using AutoCAD, BIM-REVIT and Photoshop
• Calculation of commercial surfaces and drafting of sales price lists
• Support for the production of 3D images

• Degree in Architecture
• 3/4 years of experience
• Technical experience and strong communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Autocad, BIM-REVIT and Photoshop
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Flexibility, dynamism, ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
