Since yesterday, Dils’ Rome office has a new address and a renewed identity.
The offices at Via Bissolati 76 are located in the heart of the Central Business District, between Via Barberini and Largo Susanna, inside a building iconic for its elegance and architectural quality. A landmark in one of the most prestigious areas of the city, just a few steps from Piazza della Repubblica and Via Veneto.
With a panoramic terrace offering a 360° view of the city and an area of about 800 sqm—four times larger than the previous office—the new space was designed to support the company’s growth and provide clients and partners with an innovative, informal, and inspiring meeting place.
Rome is undergoing a profound transformation and is consolidating its role as a strategic hub for real estate development at the European level. In recent years, the city’s market has experienced significant expansion and is now preparing for a new phase of growth. Dils firmly believes in the potential of Rome and the importance of dialogue and exchange of ideas, as demonstrated by its support for the Il Sole 24 Ore conference “Investing in Rome”, taking place today at Palazzo Ripetta. This important event is part of the preparations for the 2025 Jubilee, an international occasion expected to bring significant urban redevelopment and enhancement projects to Rome.
