We’re proud to have advised SDK Vastgoed B.V. – a VolkerWessels company, on the successful sale of a key 68,000-sqm development site to ASML in the final phase of the Westfields logistics area.

Westfield Logistics sits north-west from Eindhoven – Netherlands, with direct motorway-junction connections to Amsterdam, Rotterdam and other key cities in and out of the country.

Developed in collaboration with Gemeente Oirschot, this project will host a cutting-edge distribution center, fit for the Brainport Eindhoven region: a leading global innovation territory in the Eindhoven area.
