GVA Redilco advisor in the sale of an office building in Rome

GVA Redilco acted as advisors in the sale of the office building in Rome viale di Villa Grazioli 21/23, in the Parioli district, owned by Fondo Sympleo, managed by REAM SGR SpA.

The 4,000 sqm asset, built in the 1960s and recently fully refurbished by the vendor, was purchased by BNP Paribas REIM for € 37.7 million.

In a very prestigious location and featuring high level plant and technical specifications, the Grade A property had been fully leased by GVA Redilco with long-term contracts to prime national and international companies.
