GVA Redilco advisor in the sale of an office complex in Rome

GVA Redilco has acted as buy-side advisor in the sale of the office complex in Via Fornovo 8, Rome, in the Prati district.

The complex, with 3 buildings and a large underground garage, has a total area of approx. 20,000 sqm. It was sold by BNP Paribas REIM on behalf of “Patrimonio Uno” Fund to a prime Italian investor for € 51 million.
