GVA Redilco advises Kryalos SGR in the acquisition of over 21,000 sqm - Dils

GVA Redilco assisted Kryalos SGR SpA in the acquisition of the property located in Viale Regina Giovanna 29 in Milan, in the Porta Venezia area, via the Virtus Fund.

The asset, with over 21,000 sqm of space, will be fully refurbished to the most modern international standards, in line with strong demand from end users for new, Grade A office spaces.

“Investments in 2019 are proceeding at a very rapid pace,” said Giuseppe Amitrano, CEO of GVA Redilco “confirming the strong interest in Italy and especially in Milan, driven by constant growth in the levels of take-up of new spaces.”
