GVA Redilco advised Europa Risorse for the sale of an industrial property

GVA Redilco acted as advisor to an investment fund managed by Europa Risorse SGR, for the sale of an industrial building located in Pregnana Milanese, West Milan outskirts, one of the most developed Italian industrial areas, where important companies have already been settled in.

PSC Group – industrial holding of companies specialized in designing and installing technology systems for large-scale civil, industrial and infrastructure construction works – purchased the industrial building to establish a production plant for air conditioning components.

Chosen for its strategic and independent position in the nearest Milanese hinterland, less than 10 minutes from Rho and Arluno tollgates along the A4 motorway, the building has a gross floor area of 10,500 sqm, in addition to an external area of 15,000 sqm.
